glutino: Gluten free pancake mix review

Overall I'd give this product a 3.5.  My biggest issue is how hard it is to keep the pancakes neat.  It was very difficult for me keep them together.   I use olive oil instead of spray because I'm allergic.  The other issue is that it wasn't easy to mix/shake in the bottle.  I ended up mixing it in a bowl.  However, I will buy it again.   These are for my husband and he doesn't mind that they don't look "pretty."   He loved them!

Pamela's gluten free pizza crust review

My husband cant tolerate a lot of gluten so i try to make someof his fav dishes san gluten :) some are hits and some not so much... This oneis a hit,  he loved it and i will makeitagain!
It was really easytomakd... A little messy but making pizza usually is.  Thetoppings are pineapple and ham on 1.5 of the pizza.  The other half of pizza is onions and green bell pepper

A few things I did that are not in the directions.

*  After I finished  molding the dough,  I placed it in the oven for 5 mintues before adding the toppings. This is a trick i do to prevent uncooked dough or sauggy pizzas.

- i left  the pineapple on napkins while letting the dough to rise.  Then place the pinneapple chuncks   in the oven while I add some flavor to the dough.  Pineapple is very juicy and watery so its important to try and dry some of it out  before putting it on your pizza.   Unless you like putting them on your pizza fresh after your pizza is done.   I also cut the chunks a little bit smaller.

*  I added herbs (basil, parsely,  and oregano), garlic (paste) and olive oil on  the to the dough

- Because I used a pirex dish it took longer to cook.  For example the directions say cooking time is around 10 mintues...  I precooked my dough for 5 mintues and cooked the pizza agter adding the toppings for about 12 mintues.

Review: Yummy Earth Sour Jelly Beans

Yummy Earth Yummy!

I love these specialy treats very much!  When I need a boost of energy or feel my immune system needs a boost,  i enjoy these.  It has 100% of your recommended vitamin c.   They come in individual pouches with about 18 jelly beans per pack.  They are 100% natural.
The only con is that each pouch has 15g of sugar!

Yummy earth makes a lot of vitamin c, organic, and natural treats.  They taste great and deliver that extra push on an extra busy day or that lift to help your immune system.

Taste: I love sour candy but they often are too sweet.  These jelly beans would be better if it had less sugar.

Package: love that they are portioned out in convinant  pouches that are easy to open.

Price: They tend to be over priced in grocery stores like Giant and Martin's Food.   The best prices are on amazon.com.

Healthy benefits: My body takes the vitamin C quickly and results are immediate.   It would be better if they added more then just vitamins.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My personal history with Think Think protien bars.     I first tried themin 2010 and really enjoyed the peanut and chocolate bar.   I stopped buying them  exhausted the price was rising.  A box of 10 bars cost almost $40.    I don't have any issues with gluten so I switched back to less expensive bars.

Fastfoward to 2013...
My husband needed to get more protien and reacts to gluteen... I remembered the bars and to my surprise the bad went down in price! (Thank Amazon.com).  They now average $13-$21 USD on amazon.com.

My advice.  Don't give up.   Try the bar  three times before deciding whether you will like it or not.  Our taste buds need to be trained to enjoy good food. For me  snacks that are gluteen free alternatives  taste a little weird at first.   With these bars the first bar taste alite strange.   Every bar after that is pleasant.   I prefer them over any protien bar.
