My husband cant tolerate a lot of gluten so i try to make someof his fav dishes san gluten :) some are hits and some not so much... This oneis a hit,  he loved it and i will makeitagain!
It was really easytomakd... A little messy but making pizza usually is.  Thetoppings are pineapple and ham on 1.5 of the pizza.  The other half of pizza is onions and green bell pepper

A few things I did that are not in the directions.

*  After I finished  molding the dough,  I placed it in the oven for 5 mintues before adding the toppings. This is a trick i do to prevent uncooked dough or sauggy pizzas.

- i left  the pineapple on napkins while letting the dough to rise.  Then place the pinneapple chuncks   in the oven while I add some flavor to the dough.  Pineapple is very juicy and watery so its important to try and dry some of it out  before putting it on your pizza.   Unless you like putting them on your pizza fresh after your pizza is done.   I also cut the chunks a little bit smaller.

*  I added herbs (basil, parsely,  and oregano), garlic (paste) and olive oil on  the to the dough

- Because I used a pirex dish it took longer to cook.  For example the directions say cooking time is around 10 mintues...  I precooked my dough for 5 mintues and cooked the pizza agter adding the toppings for about 12 mintues.
