Healthy Muffins :)

Full of protein and nutrients but low in sugar  these muffins are a favorite!


These are made with coconut shreds, pumpkin, blue berries almonds, almond milk, agave, and whole grain flour, and eggs. 
They are high in protein and full of vitamins. 


These are made with raspberry, almond flour, eggs, walnut, almond milk, coconut milk, and agave.

Gluten free Lasagna

 Gluten free pasta, tomato slices, onions, tomato sauce,  (lightly cooked in with onion slices) ground turkey, olive oil, slice broccoli stumps, mozzarella, sea salt, broccoli.


Gluten free pasta in warm water until bendable.
drained and blotted 

begin building your lasagna with your pasta first
sauce, onions, broccoli stomp sliced, meat, mozzarella+

20 minutes in the overn at 450
