 6 Herbs that improve the functions of your digestive system

1-Ginger

* Ginger-  Ginger is one of the most powerful natural foods for your entire digestive system.  It is known to be used for all digestive illness and discomforts.  Raw ginger or fresh ginger can be consumed in many dishes and drinks.  My favorite way to consume ginger is as tea with honey and lemon. 

*Fennel is use to treat heartburn, intestinal gas, blotting, soothes muscular lining in the digestive tract, colic 

Cinnamon isn't just a delicious spice used in pumpkin pie ;) Cinnamon is used to heal/ cure  IBS, stomach bug, and candida yeast infections  in your gut. 

Spearmint is often used to heal/cure  upset stomach and adult colic. 

*Oils in Chamomile are beneficial for relieving upset stomach , IBS, and colic. 

*Marsh Mallow Root has anti inflammatory properties that improve digestive health. It is often used to cure/heal peptic ulcers, enteritis,  and colitis.
