The Super Fruit, Strawberry.



Spring is here and so are all the beautiful colors and aromas of fruit!  There really is nothing like picking up a strawberry that has been laying out in the sun.

  1. I didn't know strawberries can regulate blood sugar spikes! I have not been eating then much because I thought they were too glycemic. Now I will enjoy!
