Cyndi's French Style Green Beans





· 1 bag of Green beans (about a lb.)
· 1 tablespoon of water
· 2 teaspoons of flax seed1 teaspoon pure Olive Oil
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice
· Lemon Pepper and Herbs- As desired
FYI: you can use more than a two tea spoon of flax seed if you would like. Flax seed has the healthy fats that your body needs. Flax seed also


helps slim your waist line.

· My choices for this dish
· bag of frozen green beans, but fresh is preferred
· Goya Puro Olive Oil
· Sicilia lemon juice
· BBQ Grill seasonings (they sell at CVS during the summer).
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour your green beans in a pot, set at low temperature with your table spoon of water.
2. Then pour your olive oil into your pot with the green beans, and stir lightly to evenly spread the olive oil
3. Pour your flax seed
4. Pour your lemon juice on to the green beans and the lemon pepper and herbs as desired.
5. Lightly stir so that all the ingredients

The next recipe will be home maid HEALTHY hamburger. Making this scrumptious recipe will take you less time than going to a fast food restaurant. It also tastes better, and will make you feel like you are being spoiled with a gourmet treat. Another bonus of this recipe is that it that is inexpensive. This recipe will be in just in time for the last summer holiday of the year, Labor day.
